At Fussy, we want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all products. If a formula doesn't suit your skin type or you've changed your mind, our team is here to make the process effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include any promotional inserts.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your confirmation email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
